    Gluten-free Chocolate Brownie

    1 1/4 cup white sugar

    3/4 cup West Coast Cocoa Baking Cocoa

    1 1/3 cup gluten-free self-raising flour*

    1/4 tsp salt

    120g dark chocolate chips

    3/4 cup melted butter*

    2 eggs lightly beaten

    2 tbsp water

    2 tsp Heilala vanilla extract

    Indulge in our super gooey gluten-free chocolate brownie, made with our 100% premium ‘dutch’ Baking Cocoa. We’ve done our fair share of taste testing and we can guarantee – it won’t last long!

    1. Preheat oven to 175°C

    2. Grease a 30cm x 22cm baking tin (or line with baking paper)

    3. Combine dry ingredients into bowl

    4. Melt butter and add to dry ingredients

    5. Mix in eggs, vanilla extract and water

    6. Stir well, then spread into baking tin

    7. Bake for 20 minutes or until set

    8. Cool completely before cutting into squares
