    Gingerbread Spice Cookies


    250g Rye or Plain Flour
    1/2 Cup Spiced Chai
    1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
    50g Melted Butter
    3 Tbsp Honey
    1 Egg
    1 Tbsp Warm Water


    Sieve and mix together the flour, Spiced Chai and baking soda. In a separate bowl add the butter, honey, egg, water and mix, then add to dry mixture. Roll the dough out to 1cm thick and cut with shapes. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes. Cool, and enjoy dipped in a hot choccy!
