Ingredients:
A recipe handed down through the generations, Aunty Maureen’s Chocolate Cake is a family favourite – perfect for any celebration and equally good for every day occasions too. Rich, moist and keeps well too (if there’s any left!)
Method:
Put all ingredients into a large bowl
Beat using electric beaters for 1 minute
Pour into prepared cake tin
Bake at 170°C for 1 hour or until a skewer inserted comes out clean
